Comfortable and clean rooms with a handy freezer and cozy bed. Great location close to a pub, town hall, and restaurant 🌟.

Opt for a standard room with lovely white bed linens; the central location allows easy access to the aquarium, shops, and beach.

The place is safe, the staff are incredibly nice.

Would stay here again without hesitation, I enjoyed this place. Have a drink at the lounge bar.

The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Skegness Pier.

The room was cozy and well-equipped, the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the location was convenient.

Truly enjoyed its outstandingly accommodating and very polite staff.

The location of the hotel was great, to much entertainment at 1 am too much music at night. Furthermore, it was within walking distance of Skegness Pier. We were in warm standard triple room.

Dinner and breakfast food was brilliant.

The staff from start to finish were amiable. We had croissants, cereal, and fresh fruit for breakfast.

The location here is great, being close to the beach, arcades, and a pub, and the room I stayed in was tidy and cozy with lovely white bedding.

This place is in a great and particularly good location so close to everything. There is Goa Cuisine serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The beds were lovely and the standard triple room itself was spacious and warm. The location was great and fab for first time visitors to Skegness.I spent here 1 special day and would happily return.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right near the pleasure beach and a short walk to the aquarium. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with live singers in the afternoon and evenings. The bar had reasonably priced drinks 

spacious fantastic value hotel with a marvellous location not far from the sea front. wonderful, warm room with the freezer. brilliant food, pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff on shift. 

We stayed in this property for 1 night and liked our choice. The hotel was nice with exceptionally nice personnel on shift. Great location, it was just off arcades fun fair beach, the seafront and the seaside. 

The staff here are incredibly friendly and everything was excellent.
